It is how customers, technology partners, prospective employees, and employee-owners experience who we are—from LinkedIn and our website to customer events, recruiting campaigns, training programs, and success stories.We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can turn ideas into action and keep the details moving.This role owns much of the day-to-day execution behind AWC's marketing presence, including social media content, event and training campaigns, CRM data and marketing automation, customer success stories, and performance reporting. You'll work closely with sales and technical subject-matter experts, Technology Partners, HR, event organizers, and Graphic Design to deliver high-quality work that is accurate, timely, and consistent with the AWC brand.Success in this role requires someone who is organized enough to manage the details, curious enough to understand technical subject matter, and confident enough to work with stakeholders across the organization.At AWC, trust is built through both intent and competence. As-needed office visits may be required.How you'll make an impact:Plan, write, coordinate, and publish LinkedIn content supporting AWC, key partners, and internal stakeholdersBalance technology partner objectives with what is genuinely useful and relevant to AWC's audience, while supporting AWC's sales and business goalsWork with subject-matter experts to translate technical information, industry developments, and business priorities into relevant, engaging contentCoordinate stakeholder approvals and creative requests with Graphic Design to keep content moving on scheduleDevelop employee and organizational recognition content across AWC's family of brands, including employee spotlights, work anniversaries, leadership recognition, office openings and moves, holidays, recruiting campaigns, and company milestonesMaintain accurate and up-to-date Google Business Profile listings across AWC locationsMaintain data quality and support marketing automation within HubSpot CRMPartner with sales and technical teams to turn customer wins into compelling case studies, success stories, and proof points that support future business developmentExecute training and event marketing:Build and manage CRM-based marketing campaigns for customer training programs and events, from initial promotion and registration through post-event follow-upMonitor registration activity and recommend additional promotion when participation is below expectationsTrack registrations and attendance and provide timely reporting to event organizers and stakeholdersCoordinate sponsor invoicing, materials procurement, vendor needs, and volunteer teams for AWC's flagship annual customer eventHelp ensure customers and partners experience organized, professional, and well-executed events that reflect the AWC brandMeasure and Improve Marketing Performance:Prepare quarterly marketing performance dashboards for leadership and partner reviews using CRM, analytics, spreadsheet, and presentation toolsMaintain year-to-date reporting on key marketing activities and resultsMonitor campaign and channel performance to identify trends, opportunities, and potential data-quality issuesSurface insights and reporting concerns to the Marketing Director ahead of leadership reviewsHelp improve the processes, tools, and reporting used to execute and measure marketing activitiesSkills you'll need:3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, communications, event marketing, or a related roleExperience managing social media content, preferably LinkedIn, in an organizational or B2B environmentWorking knowledge of HubSpot, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics or comparable platformsExperience with Eventbrite or another event registration platformStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneouslyExcellent written communication skills and the ability to adjust messaging for different audiencesStrong research instincts and the ability to find a fresh, specific angle within technical documentation, industry news, customer stories, or conversations with subject-matter expertsComfort working with technical and business stakeholders and asking the right questions to understand unfamiliar subject matterPractical fluency with AI-enabled writing and productivity tools—using them to accelerate research and execution while applying sound judgment to the final productStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted working relationships with sales, technical, HR, and leadership teamsAn ownership mindset: you follow through, communicate early when something is at risk, and take responsibility for getting the work across the finish lineWhat will set you apart:Experience with Photoshop, Canva, or similar design toolsFamiliarity with Microsoft Teams and SharePointHubSpot or Google Analytics certificationExperience in industrial automation, manufacturing, engineering, distribution, or another technical B2B environmentExperience developing customer case studies or sales-enablement contentExperience coordinating vendors, sponsors, and volunteers for live eventsExperience building dashboards or translating marketing data into actionable recommendationsThe Rewards:Base compensation in the $75,000 to $90,000 range, calibrated to experienceEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)401(K) MatchMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance PackageEmployer Paid Life InsurancePaid Time Off and Holiday PayCareer Development OpportunitiesWhy AWC:AWC is a 100% employee-owned company built around Safety, Family, Mutual Respect, Quality, Service, Partnerships, and Rewarding Results.
