A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a IT Business Analyst

Position type: Full time, Contract
Duration: 12+ months
Location: 3 days onsite in a week in Jersey City, NJ
As a IT Business Analyst , you will:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
IT Business Analyst responsible for driving the planning, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives supporting Global Compliance, Operational Risk, and Trade Surveillance.


Must-Have Skills

• Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or surveillance processes strongly preferred

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or a combined delivery leadership role
• Proven experience delivering complex initiatives within Financial Services, with preference for Risk, Compliance, or Surveillance functions
• Handson experience supporting Agile delivery teams, including PI planning and governance forums
• Demonstrated experience with executive level stakeholder engagement and governance reporting
• Strong project and portfolio management expertise, including planning, execution, tracking, and executive reporting

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $50 - $56 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
