About the Role

Field Sales Representative – C-Store Turn your customer service, relationship-building, and goal-focused experience into a career in field sales. As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll own a local territory and help stores grow sales by improving product availability, placement and displays. You’ll build relationships with store leaders and turn experience from retail, merchandising, hospitality, food service or another goal-driven role into practical field-sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and complete visits across your assigned territory
• Build trusted relationships with store leaders and associates
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend product orders
• Improve in-store execution by negotiating floor space, product placement and displays
• Improve promotions, shelf availability and inventory conditions
• Analyze sales results and store insights to identify opportunities and recommend solutions
• Anticipate store needs and prepare for promotions and seasonal demand
• Follow up on commitments and resolve in-store execution issues
• Complete reports, recaps, schedules, timesheets and expenses accurately
• Share successful approaches and market insights with your team

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older

Required Skills

• Your experience may come from retail, merchandising, hospitality, food service, customer service, or another goal-driven environment. What matters most is your ability to transfer that experience into strong relationships, reliable execution, and measurable results.
• Adaptability and confidence learning new products, priorities and technology
• Strong relationship-building, communication and selling skills
• Ability to solve problems, manage time and work independently
• Experience achieving measurable sales, service or customer goals
• Comfort with email, web-based tools and reporting systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel throughout the assigned territory
• Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 50 pounds

Pay range and compensation package

• Work primarily Monday–Friday, with shifts starting as early as 6:00 a.m. During two peak seasons each year, limited weekend or holiday overtime may be required.
• Full-time shifts are generally eight hours; part-time hours vary based on business needs
• Receive pay biweekly, with optional access to earned wages between paydays through Payactiv
