INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

We are selectively partnering with contractors who meet the following: Proven experience in commercial cleaning (required) Ability to staff and manage accounts reliably Professional cleaning equipment and supplies (or ability to obtain) General liability insurance (required) Workers' compensation coverage (as applicable) Reliable transportation Strong communication and accountability Commitment to quality, consistency, and professionalism Preferred: Experience with medical, office, or institutional facilities Ability to perform inspections and maintain quality control Capacity to take on recurring accounts This is for serious operators with a legal entity – not hobbyists.
