Interim Treasury Manager | Operations

A growing financial services organization is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager, Operations to oversee day-to-day treasury operations, banking activities, cash management processes, and treasury controls. This role will focus on optimizing operational efficiency, enhancing reporting capabilities, and supporting treasury transformation initiatives. Hybrid Tues-Thurs in Atlanta Key Responsibilities Manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, bank account administration, and payment activities. Oversee cash movement processes and ensure timely execution of treasury transactions. Maintain relationships with banking partners and external service providers. Monitor treasury controls, policies, and operational compliance requirements. Support bank account management, signatory administration, and documentation maintenance. Lead process improvement initiatives focused on automation, efficiency, and risk mitigation. Partner with Accounting, Finance, and Operations teams to streamline treasury workflows. Develop operational treasury reporting and performance dashboards utilizing BI tools. Assist with implementation and optimization of treasury management systems. Support audits, regulatory requests, and treasury-related projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. 6+ years of treasury operations, cash management, banking operations, or corporate treasury experience. Strong understanding of treasury controls, banking relationships, and payment processes. Experience with treasury management systems and cash management platforms. Advanced Excel skills and experience utilizing BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Treasury transformation or process automation experience. Experience in financial services, fintech, lending, or banking environments. Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred.
