Leave Management Specialist — HR Generalist (FMLA/ADA)

Telecare Corporation seeks a Leave Management Administrator to oversee and coordinate employee leaves across multiple locations and jurisdictions. You will work with a third-party leave provider to ensure accurate, timely processing and records management. The role requires a bachelor's in HR or related field (or 5+ years in leave-focused HR), strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and compliance with FMLA/ADA.
