???? Your Role as a CNA / Nurse Aide

As part of our caregiving team, you will provide essential support that helps clients maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in their own homes. 

Responsibilities Include:
✔ Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene 
✔ Helping with mobility, transfers, walks, and transportation to appointments 
✔ Providing companionship and emotional support 
✔ Meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed 
✔ Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment 
✔ Observing and reporting changes in client condition or behavior 
✔ Responding quickly and responsibly during emergencies 

✅ What We’re Looking For
✔ At least 1 year of caregiving experience (personal or professional)
✔ Current CNA or Nurse Aide certification
✔ BLS CPR certification (or willingness to obtain after hire)  
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
✔ Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional attitude  
✔ Ability to work independently while providing excellent care
