Branch Manager - Portland

cPort Credit Union is currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager for its Middle Street - Portland branch location. The Branch Manager is responsible for all aspects of operating a financial institution branch, including loan, member service, and teller functions while striving to deliver the best financial experience to our members. This role with have an emphasis on business development, member retention and relationship cultivation in downtown Portland. Location: This position will be located in downtown Portland, ME. Develop a cohesive, highly trained, and motivated staff Provide informed, professional, and accurate service to members, vendors, and business partners Build connections in the local community to develop cPort’s ongoing community effort Build connections and engage business professionals outside calling activities Evaluate and manage the efficiency of branch operations in support of branch specific and company-wide goals Qualifications: 3-5 years of branch leadership experience Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating employees Excellent leadership, coaching, verbal, and written communication skills Strong organizational and computer skills Commitment to cPort’s core values and vision Bachelor’s Degree is preferred cPort Credit Union takes pride in providing our members with exceptional personalized service in a friendly, team-oriented environment.
