As a 240 Field Supervisor, you'll coach and support first-year teachers during their crucial first year in the classroom—right in your own region.

What the Role Entails

• Contract-based position with built-in flexibility

• You control your workload - work with as many or as few candidates as you'd like based on your availability.

• Provide coaching and support through formal observations using the T-TESS model

Compensation

• $1,400 - 1,550 per intern per year

• $875 per clinical teacher

Requirements

• Master's degree REQUIRED

• 3+ years of teaching or administrative experience

• Active teaching certification in the state of Texas

• Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes

• Current TTESS appraiser certification

  • If you do not hold this certification, you must be willing to complete a full-day T-TESS observation/coaching + training for Field Supervisors

  • 240 can provide this training, if needed
