We are seeking a *Clinical Behavioral Therapist* to join our talented, dedicated team of professionals who inspire youth to lift their sights to the limitless skyand soar!

As a *Clinical Therapist* you will engage in the following:

* Providing professional therapeutic counseling by facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
* Initiating the development, management, and implementation of discharge planning for each resident.
* Maintaining the residential philosophy of care and assuring compliance with policies and procedures established to support the philosophy of care.

Licensure in the state of Ohio as a LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC and possess a Masters Degree from an accredited university in one of the behavioral sciences.
