Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Rose City Nursing and Rehab – Lancaster, PA

Rose City Nursing and Rehab is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team in providing quality care to our residents. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and now an exciting Weekend Baylor Program .

Pay Rates: $25.25–$26.75/hour PLUS Shift Diff's ($1.00 Eve/Nights-$2.00 Friday-11pm to 7am Monday). PRN: $30.50/hour

Available Shifts:

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN:
  7am–3pm
  3pm–11pm
  11pm–7am

• Weekend Baylor Program (LPN)
  Work two 16-hour shifts over Saturday, and Sunday, and Get paid for 40 hours and receive full-time benefits

Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with resident care plans under RN supervision

• Administer medications and treatments

• Monitor and document residents’ health conditions

• Provide wound care, collect specimens, and support overall resident well-being

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
