Job Title: Atlassian Jira Cloud & Jira Align Consultant
Contract Length: 9 Months
Location: New York, NY
Work Setup: On-site
Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Jira Cloud & Jira Align Consultant to support enterprise Agile tools, reporting solutions, internal applications, and websites. The consultant will work within the IT Center of Excellence (CoE) to enhance Agile delivery, reporting, integrations, and operational efficiency.
Atlassian Jira Cloud & Jira Align Consultant Responsibilities

Support Jira Data Center to Jira Cloud migration, including testing, validation, and stabilization.
Configure Jira Cloud, Jira Align, and Confluence, including workflows, permissions, automation, and reporting.
Implement Jira Align and integrate it with Jira Cloud and enterprise systems.
Develop Power BI dashboards for Agile metrics, portfolio reporting, capacity, and executive visibility.
Build internal applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
Design and maintain internal websites and SharePoint sites.
Troubleshoot integrations, coordinate with vendors, and document technical solutions.
Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to Agile Product Teams.

Atlassian Jira Cloud & Jira Align Consultant Required Qualifications

5 years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting enterprise Agile tools and related business solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with Jira Cloud administration, configuration, and functionality.
Demonstrated experience supporting Jira Data Center or Jira Server migrations to Jira Cloud.
Experience implementing, configuring, or administering Jira Align, including integration with Jira.
Experience working with Atlassian technical teams, support services, or implementation partners.
Knowledge of Jira workflows, permissions, automation, custom fields, and reporting.
Experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining internal business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
Experience designing, developing, or maintaining internal websites, portals, or SharePoint sites.
Understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile practices.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

Atlassian Jira Cloud & Jira Align Consultant Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting Atlassian tools in a large enterprise environment.
Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations, REST APIs, and webhooks.
Experience with Confluence, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Microsoft Power Platform.
Knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and integration with enterprise data sources.
Familiarity with website design principles, user experience, and content management.
Atlassian certifications related to Jira administration or Jira Align.
Experience supporting enterprise Agile transformation initiatives.
