Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on individuals facing mental health challenges that are exacerbated by co-occurring medical conditions. You will regularly work with patients who require a nuanced understanding of how their physical health impacts their mental health, thereby necessitating a tailored, integrated treatment approach.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • \n
  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
  • \n
  • Proven experience addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.
  • \n
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and the ability to connect with diverse patient populations.

  • Proficiency in managing confidential information and maintaining professional boundaries while adhering to ethical guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits\n
