Tomatillos Restaurant and Bar
Description Tomatillos is looking for professional minded, service-oriented hosts to join a unique family business. Job duties and qualifications are:
- Taking care of and taking a vested interest in our guests dining experience
- Possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude and communication skills, especially orally
- Engage our passing guests with eye contact and pleasant conversation
- Estimating guests wait times accurately and conveying in a professional manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Ensuring that each guest receives a welcoming hello and thanking goodbyes
- Inspect dining facilities for proper cleanliness and table placements
- Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and issues
- Assists in taking initiative to help out fellow staff members and lead by example by promoting teamwork
- Able to work in a highly fast paced restaurant atmosphere and extended shift hours dictated by sales volume
- Escort guests to table , engaging in conversation and in slow deliberate pace
- Monitor activities of servers.
