Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with a focus on wound care to join our physician-led team. Manage patient outcomes in nursing facilities, delivering advanced wound care and debridement as needed, within a collaborative care model. This is a mobile, facility-based role requiring daily travel between locations with a personal vehicle.
