Enhancements Production Manager

Prescription Landscape is looking for an experienced and motivated Enhancements Production Supervisor to join our growing team! This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone with landscaping, hardscape, or construction experience who enjoys leading crews, managing projects, and delivering high-quality work. As a Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee enhancement projects from start to finish while supporting crew development, jobsite safety, scheduling, quality control, and client communication. This role works closely with Operations leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and support Enhancement Crew Leads & Crew Members Oversee landscape enhancement and hardscape projects Coordinate scheduling, materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget Perform site inspections and maintain quality standards Support employee training, safety meetings, and crew development Communicate with clients, property managers, and internal teams What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of landscaping, hardscape, or construction leadership experience Strong leadership and communication skills Experience managing crews and jobsite operations Knowledge of landscape enhancements, plant materials, and hardscape installation Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical work Willingness to work extended hours and Saturdays during peak season Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Aspire, Sitefotos, or Microsoft Office Horticulture or related industry education/experience PTO + Paid Holidays 401(k) Weekly Pay Pay Range: $24.00-$38.00+ (DOE) Apply today and grow your career with us! #J-18808-Ljbffr PRESCRIPTION LANDSCAPE INC
