This is an opportunity for an audiologist who wants meaningful clinical work, professional autonomy, and a practice culture built around evidence-based care rather than sales quotas. What makes this role different Our clinic serves patients across Western Colorado with comprehensive diagnostics, individualized hearing treatment, tinnitus and sound sensitivity care, cognitive health integration, and collaborative care for more complex hearing-health needs. We are looking for a clinician who wants to practice at a high level and grow within a respected regional audiology practice. Ideal candidate The ideal candidate is a Doctor of Audiology or soon-to-graduate AuD candidate who is clinically curious, patient-centered, intelligent, ethical, and motivated to build long-term relationships with patients and referral partners. Prior private practice experience is welcome but not required for the right person. Role responsibilities Provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, hearing treatment planning, hearing aid fittings and follow-up care, tinnitus/sound sensitivity support, patient education, documentation, and collaborative care with medical and community partners. Participate in clinical growth initiatives and contribute to a strong patient experience.
