UI/UX Designer

Our Carrollton, TX-based client is hiring a UI/UX Designer focused on the discovery, ideation, and development of new digital products in the retirement space and beyond. The UI/UX Designer will guide the digital future of our client’s firm by working cross-functionally to test new ideas, pilot solutions, and prepare successful concepts for broader rollout. This is a direct-hire position working onsite (75 days/year remote) in Carrollton, TX. COMP Up to $146K OTE (Designer 5+ years of experience) Up to $189K OTE (Sr. Designer 7+ years of experience)

Lead the design strategy and define the user experience for new products across web and mobile platforms Own the end-to-end product design of digital products from concept to launch across multiple lines of business Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design approaches Communicate design concepts, prototypes, and testing insights to key stakeholders Research the use of AI-assisted user workflows Create specifications and assets for the engineering teamWHAT YOU’LL BRING
5+ years OR 7+ years (Sr.) of experience in UI/UX design in business and consumer-facing digital products Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX experience for both web and mobile applications Strong knowledge of user-centered design practices Strong foundation in customer research, prototyping, and early-stage product development.
