About the Role We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing Service Department. Spanish-speaking candidates are highly preferred as we continue to serve a diverse customer base and provide an exceptional experience to every customer. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience Explain recommended maintenance and repairs clearly Communicate repair updates, pricing, and completion times Coordinate with technicians and the Parts Department Maintain consistent customer follow-up throughout the repair process Assist with resolving customer concerns and maintaining customer satisfaction Identify additional service opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach Compensation $65,000+ ANNUALLY BASED ON EXPERIENCE & PERFORMANCE Competitive compensation with strong earning potential based on experience, performance, and results.
