Beyond Sunday ministry, this role involves recruiting, training, and mentoring musicians and vocalists, providing music lessons and coaching to team members and students, and building relationships with local schools to create pathways for students to participate in worship leadership. The Worship Leader will also steward the worship budget, maintain records of song selections and team schedules, and regularly evaluate and refine the effectiveness of services.
