Marketing Controls & Oversight provides a strong and consistent control environment across marketing delivery channels (e.g., office signage, email, TV, digital, and print collateral) for JPMorganChase Wealth Management (including JPMA, CWM, and Self-Directed Investing). The function partners closely with Legal, Compliance, Controls, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end process management, evaluate control design and effectiveness, and implement sustainable solutions that mitigate operational risk. The team is focused on cultivating a unified culture of accountability, transparency, and strong governance to safeguard the Marketing organization and the firm. As a Marketing Deliver Director you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and driving the marketing controls and governance framework to help ensure marketing materials meet applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will be the primary point of contact for Marketing with key partners (Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Risk) and provide controls and governance leadership across multiple workstreams supporting the business. The role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Wealth Management Marketing. Job Responsibilities Lead and manage high-impact initiatives within a robust marketing controls and governance environment. Provide oversight of marketing processes to help ensure materials align with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Establish and drive key control initiatives and monitoring activities; support tools and processes that enable compliant marketing execution. Communicate control expectations and promote awareness across stakeholders, including participation in relevant control forums and committees. Identify and assess control and process breakdowns; determine root cause and develop actionable remediation plans. Escalate significant control issues appropriately and present clear recommendations to strengthen controls and improve operational efficiency. Partner effectively with Legal, Compliance, Controls, and other functional teams to maintain strong working relationships and enable timely issue resolution. Resolve project conflicts and drive decisions through structured problem-solving and stakeholder negotiation. Lead the Marketing Controls team and influence "matrixed" partners to deliver high-quality work on committed timelines. Prepare and deliver clear, executive-ready communications and presentations. Required Qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience in banking, investments/wealth management, controls, operations, and/or project/program management. Demonstrated understanding of regulatory frameworks and marketing-related risk (e.g., FINRA, OCC, SEC and applicable internal guidelines). Proven ability to design and implement controls, analyze issues, identify root cause, and drive remediation to closure. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and deliver under tight deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent track record of high-quality execution in a changing environment. Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence across functions and levels. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to executive audiences. Ability to lead multiple initiatives of varying size and complexity in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Deep familiarity with investment/wealth management marketing practices, processes, and business context. Base Pay/Salary Base Pay/Salary New York,NY $152,000.00 - $245,000.00 / year; Columbus,OH $137,750.00 - $215,000.00 / year We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set and location. Those in eligible roles may receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in the form of cash and/or forfeitable equity, awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions.
