By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Columbia, South Carolina (US-SC), United States (US).Additional duties include:• Provide oversight and support for all phases of the ASO project• Verify and assess vendor compliance with project level requirements.• Review and assess project documents and plans for quality, completeness, compliance, and effectiveness• Review major deliverables and work products from vendors• Identify and report project issues and risks• Participate in the verification of evidence and artifacts as required in the CMS Medicaid Enterprise Certification Toolkit (MECT)• Attend project and status meetings• Interface with client, vendors, and business users• Research and provide recommendations to the client on critical business decisions• Collaborate with other team members to provide subject matter expertise and assistance as applicable• Ensure that all project identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed as applicable• Perform periodic assessment activities with focus on requirements traceability and testing• Assess and validate testing methods employed by vendors and the client’s project teams • Assess the coverage and integrity of testingEmployee is expected to undertake any additional duties as they are assigned by their ManagerRequired Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of total work experience; or 9+ years of total work experience without a bachelor’s degree• Minimum 4 years work experience on a MMIS, Eligibility, or other Health and Human Services project(s)• Proven System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management knowledge• Experience providing evaluation services and project auditing, Human Services or Healthcare IT industry preferredPreferred Qualifications• Experience with Claims, Reference, Provider, or Managed Care policy or processing analysis• Experience in business analysis and working with technical teams• Knowledge of CMS Medicaid Enterprise Certification Toolkit (MECT) beneficial• Knowledge of Medicaid Information Technical Architecture (MITA) and MITA State Self-Assessment components and processes• Project quality assurance & assessment experience• Specific experience in evaluating quality assurance /quality control testing and User Acceptance Testing efforts• Experience with automated test tools• Ability to apply industry best practices and future state/federal mandates to existing systems• Excels at using quantitative data to drive recommendations and decisionsThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
