This includes the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of acquisition opportunities, leading due diligence processes, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The role also involves designing and executing post-acquisition integration plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring integration progress to ensure the realization of synergies and value. Applicants for the Vice President of Acquisition and Integration position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in M&A, integration, or related roles, particularly within a private equity-backed environment, is required.
