About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent a few years working in other State Farm offices after college while also running a small music business. I've always had an entrepreneurial mindset and knew I wanted to build something of my own. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
