Must meet all state licensure requirements. Responsibilities Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record. Work 36 hours per week with 13‑hour shifts. Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post‑procedure monitoring as indicated. Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates.
