Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of new patients, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and challenges, while ensuring thorough documentation reflecting the client's situation.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the individual needs of clients, implementing strategies that facilitate their journey towards wellness.
• Develop and implement personalized psychological interventions that empower clients in reaching their goals, including coping strategies and skill-building activities.
• Provide individual and family counseling services, adapting approaches based on dynamic family structures and unique client experiences.
• Offer vocational and experiential coaching tailored to both individuals and families, enhancing their ability to navigate personal and professional challenges.
• Collaborate regularly with external resources and referral services, ensuring a seamless continuum of care for clients.
• Provide timely crisis intervention as required, along with comprehensive documentation to capture client interactions in crisis situations.
• Engage in over-the-phone support for clients and their families, ensuring accessibility and ongoing support between sessions.
• Maintain and uphold a current state license as a Clinical Social Worker, adhering to professional standards of practice.
• Communicate with the treatment team to provide feedback and insight on client progress, contributing to holistic care plans and continuous quality improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will engage with a diverse patient population, primarily consisting of individuals and families facing mental health challenges, trauma, and socioeconomic barriers. Our clinic caters to clients with varying backgrounds which necessitates a culturally sensitive and adaptable approach to treatment. Expect to encounter cases involving anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, and life transitions.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Must possess an active Florida Board of Behavioral Sciences Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
• One year of experience in a behavioral health setting preferred, showcasing practical knowledge in social work practices.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers Certification.
• Strong organizational and critical-thinking abilities, capable of working well in a dynamic remote environment.
• Proficient in applying assessment and counseling techniques which foster effective clinician-client relationships.

Preferred Experience

• Two years of professional experience within an outpatient or community health setting focused on mental health services.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining accurate documentation and client records.
• Familiarity with therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Rooted Life LLC offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust compensation package, we provide:
