Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments through virtual platforms to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.

  • Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapies, ensuring that each client's unique circumstances are addressed.

  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions aimed at exploring and resolving personal challenges, as well as leading group therapy sessions to build community and support among clients.

  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care that meets the holistic needs of clients.

  • Advocate for clients to access necessary community resources and support services, empowering them with the tools for recovery.
  • \n
  • Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in electronic health records, maintaining high standards of confidentiality and compliance with ethical guidelines.

  • Engage in regular team meetings and case reviews to share insights, discuss treatment approaches, and continuously improve clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals of varying ages and backgrounds who may be experiencing mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or substance use disorders. By providing culturally competent and sensitive care, you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys and support them in achieving meaningful, lasting recovery.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.
  • \n
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington is required.

  • A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services is expected.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing effective treatment plans based on client needs.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.

  • A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and maintaining ethical practice in all interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience in a virtual care setting is advantageous, as is familiarity with telehealth platforms.

  • Certification in evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or similar methodologies.

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload management.
