Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 12-week travel assignment, requiring an active PT license and at least 6 months of recent experience.

Job Details

• Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting with a team of 3 full-time PTs, 1 PTA, and 3 PRN PTs,
• Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 7am-7pm, with flexible scheduling within an 8am-5pm shift,
• May be required to float to Inpatient Rehab, Acute, or Outpatient Rehab areas,
• Uses Meditech Magic and ReDoc/NetHealth EMR systems,
• Equipment includes Hoyer Lift, treadmill, elliptical, and Sci-Fit machines,
• No on-call requirements,

Job Requirements

• Physical Therapist license required if applicable,
• Minimum 6 months of recent experience within the last 6 months in the specialty,
• Outpatient clinic experience preferred,
• Neurological patient experience preferred,
• No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more within the past 12 months,
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration,
• Professional reference requirements vary by state, with most states requiring one reference,

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients in an outpatient setting,
• Collaborates closely with speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physicians as part of a team-oriented environment,
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; no local candidates accepted,
