Registered Nurse (RN) SupervisorJob location: Winston-Salem, NCJob type: Full-time / On-siteShifts: Night Shift | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AMWe are seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight within a senior-care community serving Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Memory Care, and Assisted Living residents. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory experience in an SNF setting and be comfortable managing complex geriatric patient needs.Key Responsibilities:Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff during assigned shifts.Complete initial and ongoing patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.Oversee medication administration, medication cart audits, and medication dispensing processes.Ensure accurate and timely documentation using computerized charting systems such as Matrix or PCC.Coordinate patient care with physicians, families, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams.Respond appropriately to emergencies, changes in patient condition, and difficult situations.Support infection control, wound care, fall/event reporting, and state survey readiness.Qualifications:Active RN license in North Carolina.5+ years of nursing supervisory experience, such as Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or Shift Supervisor.Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required.Active CPR and ACLS certifications.Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and documentation skills.Experience with medication carts, medication audits, and electronic charting systems preferred.Benefits:Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance403(b) Retirement Plan with up to 4% employer matchPTOPaid Holidays + Holiday PayChildcare SubsidyPaid Parental LeaveCompany benefits and additional employee programs
