Required Education And Experience Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required: A field of study in Information Technology, Computer Science, Construction Management, Civil or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Degrees in Management Information Systems (MIS), Systems Engineering, or other technical fields will be considered. 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role Technical Experience Familiarity with system integration concepts, methodologies, and technologies. Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Monday.com). Desired Skills And Knowledge Desire to grown and advance in a Project Management role. Proficiency in creating and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and software systems. Ability to understand technical documentation and communicate technical information clearly. Proficiency with productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Knowledge of collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint). Certificates, Licenses, Registrations A valid California Driver’s License Project Management Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM are preferred but not required.
