Family Services Case Manager - Child & Youth Welfare

The State of Wyoming's Department of Family Services is seeking a Social Worker to help Wyoming families by assessing needs and linking them to vital resources. You will work with youth and families in community or placement settings, develop and monitor treatment plans, and coordinate with law enforcement and other agencies to ensure safety and well-being. Responsibilities include maintaining case files, testifying in court when needed, and providing group education and discharge planning. #J-18808-Ljbffr State of Wyoming
