Key Responsibilities Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick up orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross‑functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively; be flexible to business needs and work in other areas. Drive the performance of the area: stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date‑control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting purchasing decisions, handling payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues. Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future productions and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans; use the Open Door Policy and apply in executing business processes and practices. Act as a talent ambassador: be a brand advocate; develop, influence, and inspire others; create a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented culture; understand roadblocks and assist in training. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired. Preferred Qualifications Food Safety Certification. Food Service experience. Food Handler Certification (Food Safety). Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
