Sales Producer – Insurance Office (Sugar Land / Houston)

We are a growing insurance office looking for a motivated, organized, and people-oriented Sales Producer.

What you’ll do:

• Follow up with incoming leads (calls, texts, emails)
• Sell auto, home, and commercial policies
• Build relationships with referral partners
• Keep pipeline organized and active

What we’re looking for:

• Sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Self-driven and goal-oriented
• Comfortable with follow-ups and closing

Compensation:

• Base + commission (uncapped)
