About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key strategic partner, leading the financial aspects of the organization, including financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and long-range planning. This role is pivotal in translating the company's strategic plan into financial models and systems that enhance services for the community. The CFO will also have executive oversight of various operational functions and will be responsible for promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a strong mission fit, with a commitment to supporting the community and advancing high-quality, person-centered services. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior finance role, particularly in a related field such as healthcare, human services, or nonprofit finance, is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance, and experience in a regulated service environment. Leadership and communication skills are essential, as is a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a CPA or MBA being strongly preferred. The CFO will be expected to demonstrate core competencies in strategic execution, operational partnership, change leadership, and collaborative leadership.
