Field Sales Representative

NorthSky is Product Driven, Technology Driven and People Driven. We are searching for Field Sales Representatives (several positions) to drive demand generation. Successful candidates will have a passion for serving customers, a love of sales, and a relentless drive to make that “one more” outbound contact every day to drive sales. As a start-up, we seek candidates that want to imprint their mark on a company through hard work, fun, and teamwork. As an FSR, you are responsible for introducing NorthSky Supply products to current and potential business customers, focusing on the warehouse industry. In addition to motivating potential customers to take the first step in purchasing our products, you maintain ongoing relationships with purchasing customers through ongoing visits, connections, and other outreach. The office is in the Woodlands TX. Realistic Year 1 Earnings: $90K–130K including base pay and sales commission Job Responsibilities Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets Identify, prospect, and close new industrial and warehouse accounts Build strong relationships with plant managers, procurement teams, and operations leaders Sell a broad portfolio of MRO products including: Industrial supplies, tools, PPEs, warehouse consumables, stretch film, pallet, stacking and packaging materials. Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations Negotiate pricing and contracts Coordinate with internal operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Monitor market trends and competitor activities Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry and reporting. Skills 1 year of related experience Experience selling stretch film, pallet wrap, warehouse consumables, or stacking materials is a plus Hunter mindset with strong closing ability Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive to visit clients at least 4 days/week Join us as a Sales Executive where your energy fuels growth!
