Our organization is seeking Warehouse Associates to manage receiving, stocking, and inventory tasks at our pharmacy fulfillment center located in Newark, DE. In this position, you will play a vital role in our supply chain by ensuring materials are transferred to appropriate locations and assisting with effective stock rotation. Utilizing handheld scanners and inventory management systems, you will help maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery to the patients we serve.

Your Responsibilities:

• Receive, unpack, and verify incoming products for accuracy in counts and quality.
• Unload trucks and distribute inventory throughout the warehouse and pharmacy.
• Identify and report any discrepancies in inventory or shipment issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Conduct inventory counts, rotate stock, and dispose of expired items as necessary.
• Safely operate equipment and tools, including manual and electric pallet jacks, carts, dollies, box cutters, and wire cutters.
• Utilize computers and PDA scanners for data entry and inventory location.

Qualifications:

• Basic skills in math, computer usage, organization, and problem-solving.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced warehouse setting and work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English for safe communication on the work floor.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, including bending, stooping, squatting, standing, walking, pushing, and pulling.
• Able to read and differentiate small print.
• Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or familiarity with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) is advantageous.

For this position, the anticipated hourly wage ranges from $17.75 to $24, depending on relevant factors such as experience and geographic location.

This role may also qualify for participation in an annual bonus program.
