(Calculated as: $20-$22 Base + Incentive + Performance Bonuses & OT)

We are looking for a professional General Manager to take full ownership of our Lone Tree location. We believe in high pay for high performance. That's why we offer a premium hourly wage combined with a transparent bonus structure that rewards you for running a profitable, well-staffed restaurant.

The Financial Breakdown:
We don't just offer a "job"; we offer a path to a $57 k - $68 k+ annual income based on a standard management schedule (40-45 hours/week).

• Base Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 / hour DOE (Calculated as: $20-$22 Base + Incentive + Performance Bonuses & OT)

• Monthly Bonuses: Earn up to an extra $500 per month by hitting targets in labor management, food costs, and sales growth.

• Overtime: Consistent weekly overtime (paid at 1.5x) ensures your take-home pay stays ahead of the market.
