Patient Access & Care Coordination Specialist

Vanderbilt Lung Institute is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to support patients before, during, or after appointments. You will help ensure smooth workflows, assist in using technology, and communicate effectively with patients and care teams. This role supports scheduling, registration, and interdepartmental coordination to prepare patients for visits and ensure timely access to care.
