Kelly Services is hiring! We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our client, a clean, modern, highly automated manufacturing environment. This is a permanent opportunity for someone with hands-on quality control or inspection experience who enjoys problem-solving and working with production teams.
What You’ll Do:- Inspect products and incoming components for defects and quality issues.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve non-conforming products before shipment.
- Document quality issues and corrective actions using** **SAP and Salesforce.
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and vendors to resolve recurring quality issues.
- Use calipers, gauges, fixtures, scales, and other measuring tools to verify specifications and tolerances.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and procedures.
- Assist with process improvements that improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Maintain accurate quality records and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Follow all safety and housekeeping standards in the manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in quality control, quality inspection, or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Experience with measuring tools such as calipers and gauges.
- Ability to read technical drawings/blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Computer proficiency; SAP and Salesforce experience is an asset.
- Ability to occasionally lift 25–50 lbs .
- Associate's degree/technical education or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Experience with high-speed doors, material handling, or dock equipment is an asset.
- Pay: $27.00 per hour, based on experience
- Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Permanent, full-time position
- Benefits begin after 30 days
- PTO after 90 days

- Own reliable transportation required - occasional travel to the Jackson plant may be required
