Warehouse Associate/Driver

Position Summary The Warehouse Associate Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering products to customers while supporting daily warehouse operations. This role includes loading and unloading goods, verifying inventory accuracy, and maintaining organized warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and experienced in operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required . Essential Duties & Responsibilities Driving & Delivery Safely operate company vehicles, including box trucks and straight trucks Follow assigned delivery routes, traffic laws, and safety regulations at all times Ensure accurate and timely deliveries to customers Verify delivery accuracy, obtain signatures, and report any discrepancies Loading & Unloading Load and unload products using safe lifting and handling techniques Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quantity and quality accuracy Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transport Vehicle Maintenance Conduct daily vehicle inspections (pre/post-trip) Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure safe operating condition Report maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly Warehouse Operations Support Assist with organizing, storing, and managing inventory Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (as needed) Support inventory counts, audits, and quality control processes Handle returns, including defective or incorrect merchandise Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate delivery logs, inventory records, and documentation Follow all company safety protocols and operational procedures Skills & Competencies Strong attention to safety and detail Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse and delivery setting Frequent standing, lifting, bending, and equipment operation required Combination of driving and warehouse duties throughout the day Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required) Ability to safely operate box trucks and straight trucks (Not a Residential Rental Truck) Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work Experience in warehouse, delivery, or logistics environments preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
