Start Date: 60-90 days

Position Type: Permanent

Specialty/Setting: Primary Care / Outpatient

Schedule:

- Monday through Friday

- No weekends

EMR System: Cerner

Call Requirements: None

Patient Load:

- Initially 10-12 patients per day to ramp up

- Average of 18-24 patients per day

Job Requirements:

- Must be a certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Compensation:

- Annual salary between $120,000 and $140,000

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team in Bakersfield, CA. This permanent outpatient position offers a predictable schedule with no weekend work, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. You will initially handle a patient load of 10-12 per day, increasing to an average of 18-24 as you become established.
