TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44140!

The Med-Surg / Telemetry RN provides patient care on medical-surgical and telemetry units, including monitoring cardiac rhythms, administering medications, performing assessments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice

• Minimum 2 years Med-Surg or Telemetry experience

• BLS required; ACLS preferred

• Strong knowledge of patient assessment, telemetry monitoring, and medication administration

• Excellent communication, critical-thinking, and teamwork skills
