Academic Support Coordinator

Regent University is hiring an Academic Support Coordinator to lead and improve academic support services both on campus and online. The role involves designing workshops, developing digital learning tools, managing academic support systems, and coordinating assessment initiatives to enhance student success and retention. Highlights Lead coordination, delivery, and improvement of academic support services including workshops and presentations on writing, reading, and study skills Recruit, train, and evaluate academic coaches and oversee preparation and training courses Develop and maintain scalable digital learning tools and manage Canvas-based academic support courses Administer CLEP exams and troubleshoot academic support systems like appointment schedulers and support emails Support academic support assessment efforts including Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) activities Strong knowledge of MLA, APA, and Turabian citation formats with superior writing and oral communication skills Bachelor’s degree in a writing-intensive field required; Master’s degree preferred Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ability to independently manage a team of academic coaches Commitment to Regent University’s core values of Excellence, Innovation, and Integrity Part-time position offering a comprehensive benefits package including health, life and disability insurance, tuition incentives, and retirement plans #J-18808-Ljbffr Regent University
