This 18‑story hotel sits in the heart of Frisco, TX at Stonebriar Centre - steps away from Dr. Pepper Ballpark, Toyota Stadium (home of FC Dallas), the Frisco Discovery Center, and a variety of dining and entertainment options. This culinary position requires good communication skills as well as at least three years of previous line experience. A culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, and broiling. This person may be required to give direction in the supervisor's absence.
