Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning customized travel experiences based on their interests, preferences, and budget
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itinerary details
• Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication and personalized service
• Maintain accurate client records and travel documentation
• Communicate with travel suppliers and industry partners as needed
• Monitor travel arrangements and assist with updates or changes when necessary
• Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the travel planning process
• Support clients throughout their travel experience to ensure satisfaction and confidence
