Type: Full-time, Evaluation-to-Hire
Hours: 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6a-2p OR 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2p-12a. Training is on 1st shift.

- Set up, operate, and adjust die cutting and foil stamping equipment
- Review job tickets and production requirements
- Perform make-ready procedures and machine adjustments
- Inspect finished product for quality and consistency
- Troubleshoot equipment and make necessary adjustments
- Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance
- Maintain production records and a clean, safe work area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Work effectively with the production team to meet deadlines
- 1+ years machine operating experience in a fast paced, manufacturing environment; preferably die cutting and/or foil stamping
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
- Experience with machine set up, operations, troubleshooting, and quality control
- Ability to read and understand measurements
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to read job tickets and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work independently and with a team
