This role supports fast-paced warehouse operations with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.Pay & Schedule:Pay: $20.50/hrSchedule: 8:30am-5:00pmJob Summary:We're looking for a reliable, safety-minded individual who thrives in a fast-moving warehouse environment. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, experience with RF scanning, and the ability to operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and smooth warehouse flow.Responsibilities:• Safely operate forklift equipment and report any malfunctions• Pick, stack, wrap, and stage outbound freight• Load and unload trucks• Follow FIFO principles and RF processes• Receive, locate, and replenish stock using RF technology• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards• Meet productivity, quality, and safety targets • Report unsafe or hazardous conditions promptly• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment• Perform other warehouse tasks as neededRequirements:• High school diploma or equivalent• Previous warehouse experience preferred• Reach forklift experience is an asset• Ability to use RF scanners (training available)• Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environmentWorking Conditions:• Warehouse environment with varying temperatures• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting• Fast-paced setting requiring focus and multitaskingBenefits:• Comprehensive benefits package• 401(k) with company match• Annual bonus and incentive program• Vacation and holidays• Bi-weekly pay• Safety equipment providedEqual Opportunity & Accessibility:Multi Fittings is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process.
