Community Health Outreach Coordinator

UF Health in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to develop and coordinate cancer prevention and screening programs in the community, guided by evidence-based guidelines. You will educate community members on risk factors and prevention strategies and work across departments to expand reach. You will monitor program effectiveness, collect data, report outcomes, and support Rehab, Pharmacy, and Radiology in outreach initiatives to improve population health. #J-18808-Ljbffr
