Loan Support Analyst Senior - Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) Servicing - Midland

Position Overview As a Loan Support Analyst Senior in the PNC Midland organization, you will be based within the PNC Midland footprint. Responsibilities Guided by the role of Loan Analyst, you will: Identify and contact authorized parties to complete Borrower Admin registration for CRE Insight access. Process borrower requests via phone, email, and CRE Insight portal. Research and process incoming and aged funds. Monitor delinquencies and perform collection activities. Review and process borrower requested late charge waivers. Complete address changes, audit confirmations, and rate cap reviews. Communicate and collaborate with Functional Departments to aid borrowers with potential questions or issues. Apply specialty product knowledge to the day‑to‑day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real‑estate loans, ensuring compliance with loan documents, internal policies, and applicable laws. Resolve non‑compliant issues through written and verbal communication with internal and external parties. Process loan payments, escrows, reserve account disbursements, and support the preparation of periodic reporting. Perform covenant compliance testing and maintain accurate loan servicing records. Support onboarding of new loans and the transition of paid‑off or transferred loans. Assist with tax and insurance administration, and perform collection activities on delinquent accounts. Have authority for fund disbursement as needed. Review reports to identify exceptions, contribute to risk mitigation, and serve as a subject‑matter resource for training. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities: Analytical Thinking, Capital Management, Compliance Requirements, Documentation, Due Diligence, Loan Documentation, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Mitigation Strategies. Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience or completion of a formal development program, or a comparable combination of education and experience including military service. Bachelor’s degree. No required certification or license.
