We are seeking dedicated and thoughtful Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) on a FT basis (40 hours per week) who are eager to provide personalized, in-home hospice care in the greater San Antonio area.  areas.  We invite you to be a part of the Pacific Hospice and Palliative Care team, bringing comfort and support to those in their time of need. Our mission is to deliver compassionate hospice care where it matters most – in the comfort and familiarity of our patients' homes. We believe in upholding dignity and quality of life for those we serve.

What We're Looking For:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a minimum of 2+ years in-home hospice care
• Experience with  Axxess EMR system or other EMR system - you will be using these web based programs and apps on your phone or tablet to provide notes on visits and communicate with the admin team, so you must be comfortable using computers. 
• Valid CPR BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English/Spanish speaking is a plus) 
• Ability to provide comfort, companionship, and professional care
• Empathy and a caring spirit
• Commitment to delivering the highest standard of in-home hospice care
• Must have reliable transportation
